Legal Aspects and Concequences of Alcohal

There are many legal aspects and concequences that come along with alcohal. There are many ways to break laws when alcohal is in use. Some of these ways are buy , drinking and driving, underage drinking, and illegal buying of alcohal. The first law I'm going to talk abou is drunk driving. Drunk driving is a very common occourance but is also very dangerouse. If you are caught under the influence whil driving there are a few factors that can affect the sevarity of the punishment. For example having an extremly high alcohal percentage in the blood or having liquir in the car with you. Drunk driving is never taken lightly. Some punishments include suspension of license, A fine, Jail time, and Cannecelation or inflation of car insurence. Drunk driving is a seriouse crime and puts not just your own life in danger but the life of others around you. The second law I'm going to talk about is Drinking under age. Many teens think it is okay to get drunk but really they are breaking the law. As with drunk driving the severity of the reprucutions depend on the sercumstances of the crime. If a teenager under 18 is found with alcohal you will most likley just be fined. If you are in the age of 18-21 you can be sent to jail, can be fined anywere from 300-500 dollars for first time offenders. Drinking under the age is not a joke and should be taken just as seriously as drinking and driving.
